FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining an antifriction composition for treating the contact surfaces of a friction pair includes performing a hydrodynamic cavitation dispersion of a modified vermiculite in a hydrocarbon binder at a frequency of 200 Hz for at least 30 minutes to obtain dispersed solid particles smaller than 1 micron and placing the resulting composition between the contacting surfaces of the friction pair. Modified vermiculite is obtained by treatment with a solution of 6-12% hydrochloric acid at a rate of 10-15 ml of 6-12% hydrochloric acid solution 1 g vermiculite, then a dry vermiculite of 5-20 nm in size is introduced into a solution of polyphenylsiloxane in toluene containing 1 g Polyphenylsiloxane in 5 ml of toluene, after which the suspension with stirring is brought to a boil and boiled for 1 hour, then the suspension is filtered, and the precipitate is dried at a temperature of 105°C calcined for 1 hour at a temperature of 600-700°C.
EFFECT: increase in tribotechnical properties of the antifriction composition due to the relative mobility of the solid particles of the composition, while increasing the stability, strength and durability of the antifriction coating.
