FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of controlling manufacturing process. Control method comprises steps of: production for each of multiple working runs (WR) of process of digital input data, containing information from radiation within part of electromagnetic or acoustic spectrum interacting with female die on one or more sections of the process, together with the parameter control and data on events production process; forecasting model (FM), which connects information of probing radiation with certain parameter control or event (WR); and use of FM, to form one or more of following elements: process control parameter event, process control and predicted event, working run for new working run for use in control of production process.
EFFECT: technical result is controlling manufacturing process without shutdown of production due to prediction models using information interacting probing radiation, parameters of process control and events working runs in course of actual working runs.
