FIELD: bioengineering.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the stable compositions of antigens of tribe B Neisseria meningitidis rLP2086, and to the methods of the efficiency stabilisation of the polypeptide of tribe B LP2086 (fHBP) as part of the immunogen composition. The group of inventions describes the immunogen composition comprising polysorbate 80 and polypeptide of the tribe B LP2086 (fHBP) in the following molar ratio polysorbate 80:protein below 10:1, and additionally containing polypeptide of the tribe A LP2086 (fHBP) and aluminium, where 95% of polypeptide of the tribe B is linked with aluminium, and where the composition is not lyophilisated, and has pH 6.5 or below, and methods of efficiency stabilisation of the polypeptide of its composition.
EFFECT: long-term stability.
