SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to gynaecology. Method comprises carrying out preliminary selection of whole abdominal skin and fascial flap. Then method includes cross-cut of rectus muscles to their middle, followed by selection of lower outer longitudinal segments of recti preserving pedicle a. epigastrici inferior, using a coagulating-cutting unit. Stacking selected segments crosswise to wound surface. Then abdominal flap is moved to vulvar wound surface. Two provisory internal interrupted suture on periosteum and abdominal flap cover and fixing it's almost completely by applying sutures on vaginal wall.
EFFECT: method is less traumatic, provides radicality and restoration of vulva, reduces length of lymphorrhea and other complications, higher surgical intervention and stay on stationary bed.
