SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, gynecology. Single central provisional suture is applied, which connects the vaginal wall and skin of the perianal region, forming two wound defects. Wound defects are closed separately from the wound back edge. For this purpose, fat and vaginal muscles are successively closed first, then in an inverted order intradermally Vicryl 2.0 is incised skin edges to the left edge of the postoperative wound, with subsequent similar suturing of the second wound, as shown in Fig. 2. Stitch radius in the dermis and the vaginal wall is formed over 3–4 mm, and the distance between stitches is 5–6 mm. After wound closure, a node is formed within a wound posterior angle.

EFFECT: method enables completely closing a wound defect without stretching the edges of the postoperative wound, which improves the possibility of healing the postoperative wound, and improves the cosmetic effect of the surgical intervention.
