SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Device for fixing bones, comprising the following components: elongated body, first opening on the first side wall of the housing, a second opening on the second side wall of the housing, second channel, first unevenness. Elongated body has a first conduit extending from the proximal end to the distal end. Design and dimensions of the elongated body ensure its insertion into the bone. First hole on the first side wall of the case. First lateral wall when implanted into the bone in accordance with the target orientation is located laterally. Second opening on the second side wall of the housing is opposite the first opening. Second channel passes through the housing and connects the first and second holes along the channel axis. Dimensions of the second channel ensure the passage of the implant through it. First unevenness is at the periphery of the first hole in the place of the maximum concentration of mechanical stresses in the absence of such an unevenness. Dimensions of the first unevenness ensure the dispersion of the concentration of mechanical stresses by forces that are transmitted by the implant placed in the second channel. First unevenness comprises first and second walls radially extending into the first opening, which are connected to each other at the first vertex of the first unevenness. First unevenness is determined by the first and second spaced portions that are located on its first and second sides, and the radius of curvature of the first and second spent portions is selected to dissipate the concentration of mechanical stresses at the first vertex. Bone fixation system comprises the above device and an implant configured to be inserted through a second channel.

EFFECT: invention provides dispersion of mechanical stress by forces transmitted by the implant placed in the second channel.
