FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental surgery and pathophysiology, and can be used for correction of postoperative hypoparathyroidism. For this purpose, there is obtained a cell culture of removed parathyroid glands. After establishing of hypocalcemia the following substance is transplanted into the edge of broadest muscle of back, once: 0.5 ml of 3-day culture, containing 2×104 of autologous cells of parathyroid glands.

EFFECT: use of this method allows to correct postoperative hypoparathyroidism at early stages of its development due to functional activity of the transplanted cells of parathyroid glands.
