SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to vibration device for measuring flow parameters. Vibration device includes at least one pipeline, at least, one drive, at least one sensor and at least one casing. At least one drive makes to vibrate, at least one pipeline on one or more exciting frequencies and at least one sensor measures the displacement of at least one pipeline. At least one casing surrounds at least, section of at least one pipeline. At least one of oscillatory modes of the casing is excited at frequencies which exceed one or several exciting frequencies. Cross-section for, at least, one of casings is configured for vibrational response. At least one of oscillatory modes of the casing is excited at frequencies which exceed one or several exciting frequencies.
EFFECT: at least one casing has crosswise length (L) along direction, in generally parallel direction of displacement oscillations in bending mode, and transverse width (W) along direction in generally orthogonal direction of displacement for bending mode, wherein size of crosswise length (L) exceeds size of the transverse width (W).
