FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to formation of protective antifriction wearproof coatings on parts from aluminium and its alloys or on parts with coating from aluminium and its alloys. Proposed method comprises micro-arc oxidation of part in electrolyte containing alkali 1-4 g/l, liquid glass 3-12 g/l and distilled water of up to 1 l, with successive alternation of positive and negative voltage pulses with alternating current pulses frequency of 50 Hz, wherein part of surface is subjected to blind perforation by forming on depressions in staggered order with diameter 0.3-0.6 mm, depth of 0.5-1.3 mm, at distance of 0.3-0.6 mm from each other that is followed by micro-arc oxidation of part in electrolyte for 3-6 hours.
EFFECT: higher reliability and durability of parts.
