FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and represents a set of synthetic oligonucleotide primers for polymerase chain reaction (PCR), as well as synthetic oligonucleotide DNA probes for subsequent hybridisation. Invention can be used for DNA analysis for the probabilistic determination of a phenotype by the following criteria: AB0 blood group, Y-chromosome haplogroup, iris colour, hair colour, skin colour and gender. Invention also relates to a method for genotyping DNA markers associated with phenotypic characters having a value in practical forensics. Kit for genotyping contains a composition formed by pairs of primers for 63 loci in the human genome, which enables to perform multiplex PCR (sequence of primers is presented in SEQ ID NO: 1–SEQ ID NO: 107). Also, the composition for genotyping contains allele-specific oligonucleotide probes for hybridisation analysis (SEQ ID NO: 108–SEQ ID NO: 229). Primers are selected so that PCR-product has minimum length, which enables to successfully analyse degraded DNA samples.
EFFECT: composition of primers and oligonucleotide probes is suitable for different technological platforms, based on genotyping using DNA amplification with subsequent hybridisation.
