SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry. Invention further relates to a kit for testing nucleic acids on a support having an array of nucleic acids immobilised on a solid support, wherein each of immobilised nucleic acids includes a portion of nucleotides of one base-type, and a labelled oligonucleotide which is complementary to said portion of nucleotides. Invention also relates to use of a labelled oligonucleotide which is complementary to portion of nucleotides of one base-type for testing condition of nucleic acids immobilised on a solid support.
EFFECT: described is a method for testing nucleic acids on a support, comprising immobilising one or more nucleic acids by crosslinking, wherein each of immobilised nucleic acids includes a portion of nucleotides of one base-type, obtaining the labelled oligonucleotides which are complementary to portion of nucleotides, and determining a parameter reflecting condition of said nucleic acids.
