SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for immobilizing a labeled oligonucleotide, a method of immobilizing a molecule of interest (versions), a microchip and a diagnostic kit for determining a nucleic acid. Method for immobilisation of a labeled oligonucleotide involves preparing a mixture comprising a liquid and a labeled oligonucleotide, applying the mixture to an unmodified cyclic olefin polymer, wherein the oligonucleotide is immobilized on the polymer by physical adsorption using an oligonucleotide label, where the label is covalently bound to the oligonucleotide. Method for immobilisation of a molecule of interest involves the steps of the above method, wherein in one embodiment, the labeled oligonucleotide comprises a molecule of interest, and in another version, the method further includes hybridization of the oligonucleotide with the molecule of interest. Microchip contains an unmodified cyclic olefin polymer and a labeled oligonucleotide immobilized thereon. Diagnostic kit comprises a microchip and a control matrix with a certain amount of labeled nucleic acid complementary to the immobilized oligonucleotide.

EFFECT: inventions provide reduced costs and time of methods for obtaining microchips, which do not affect quality of analyzes carried out with microchips.
