FIELD: nanotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology and molecular biology. Disclosed is a method for detecting penetration of carbon nanotubes (CNT) in biological tissue, cell genome contains a heat shock gene promoter linked to coding region of yeast transcription factor Gal4, and genetic reporter construct UAS-GFP. Conclusion on presence or absence of penetration of individual CNT in sample fabric made on basis of distribution of fluorescence in sample cells.
EFFECT: invention provides efficient detection of penetration of CNT in biological tissue.
