FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diagnostic technique for choroid melanoma. Method consists in fact that patients with suspected choroid melanoma lachrymal fluid is sampled from both eyes, then concentration of lachrymal fluid of interleukin-8 and if derived value is more than 17.7 pg/ml shows choroid melanoma.
EFFECT: method consists in simplification of method and high accuracy.
