FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and consists a method for local hemostasis in explosive injuries, which comprises preparing a multilayer gauze from two 4-layer gauzes, wherein between said two 4-layer gauzes there is a layer haemostatic agent “Gemostop” in an amount of 1.0-2.0 g per 1 sq. cm, then obtained multilayer gauze is applied on wound. Technical result consists in fast stopping of external bleeding in explosive injuries.

EFFECT: method prevents onset of traumatic shock due to massive blood loss, provides common insulation wound area, reduces injures of soft tissues.
