FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tape from optical fibres. Tape 1 of optical fibres has three or more optical fibres 2 arranged in parallel, and connecting elements 3, connecting two adjacent optical fibres 2, wherein connecting elements 2 are formed with gaps in each direction of lengthwise direction X and Y crosswise direction, at that each directed on maximum load connection elements is in range from 1.50 GS to 21.0 GS each connecting element is formed by filling the gap between two adjacent optical fibres, each connecting element has thickness of cross-section in longitudinal direction, which gradually increases along the arc from one side in direction of middle of maximum thickness in middle and gradually decreases along arc in direction of other side.
EFFECT: technical result is possibility of creation of optical fibres, capable of operating properties of both when implementing access to middle part of tape, and during cable manufacturing.
