SUBSTANCE: pass element for passage of functional element through hole in electrically insulated manner, pass element is suitable for use in ambient conditions with temperatures higher than 260 °C and/or pressure higher than 289.6 MPa (42,000 pounds/inch2), pass element comprises a support body, at least one hole for passage, in which there is at least one functional element in electrically insulating fixing material; electrically insulating material electrically insulates functional element of support body, wherein electrically insulating material contains glass or glass ceramic with specific volume resistance of more than 1.0•1010 Ohm•cm at temperature 350°. Said glass or glass ceramic has certain range of compositions in system SiO2-B2O3-MO.
EFFECT: invention provides improved electrical insulation properties of conductor.
