FIELD: biochemistry.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is micro fluid chip to create cell models of organs in mammals. Chip has plate made of polycarbonate, on which moulded layer polydimethylsiloxane with it micro fluid system. Micro fluid system includes combined micro fluid channels six cells for simultaneous cultivation of cell models of tissues and organs of mammals. First cell is intended for intestinal model, second for mammal liver model, and remaining cells are intended for standard models. At that, system includes inlet and outlet channels of micro fluid chip, inlet and outlet channels of cell intestinal model, four distribution channels, four mixing channels and bypass channel for cell intestinal model.

EFFECT: invention provides more authentic behaviour cell models bodies when culturing, thereby obtaining more reliable results when testing effect of different preparations on viability models.
