FIELD: biochemistry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the field of biochemistry, namely to microfluidic devices with the nutrient medium closed microcirculation, intended for cultivation and research of cells or cellular models. Integrated into the microfluidic chip closed microfluidic circuit damping element includes a damping chamber closed by a membrane from above, a supply and a discharge channels connected to the damping chamber. At that, the membrane is made communicating from above with open air; in the membrane plane projection damping chamber is made in the form of a circle, and the supply and discharge channels are made with a form providing a laminar motion of the medium through the damping element. Also disclosed is a microfluidic chip for cell or a cell model cultivation comprising a closed microfluidic circuit connecting a peristaltic micropump, at least one damping element and a cultivation cell.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides optimal conditions for the vital activity of cultured cells by smoothing the nutrient medium pulsating speed and pressure by bringing it to cells at frequencies corresponding to physiological conditions, which allows to conduct studies on cells, minimizing the pernicious effect of the peristaltic pump.
