SUBSTANCE: device and method for culturing cells or cell aggregates, as well as a method for cell assembly vascularisation. Device comprises a micro-fluid network, wherein the microfluidic network includes a microfluidic layer, a compartment for organoids, a barrier for capillary pressure. Microfluid layer has base, micro fluid channel and coating. Compartment for organoids passes into the microfluidic layer through the opening in the coating and communicates with the microfluid channel. Barrier is aligned with the hole and divides the micro-fluid network into the first containing compartment for organoids and a subcombustion containing a part of the microfluid channel—the second sublimation. Method of cultivation involves introduction into compartment for organoids of gel drops with cells or cell aggregates, holding the gel drop with a barrier, curing the gel drop, loading the channel with fluid and culturing cells or cell aggregates. Method of vascularisation involves introduction of gel drops into device, holding of gel drop by barrier, hardening of gel drops, introduction of endothelial cell suspension, formation of endothelial cells of a microvessel, introduction of cells or cell aggregates onto the upper surface of the hardened gel and stimulation of angiogenesis between the microvessel and cells or cell aggregates.
EFFECT: inventions provide vascularisation of organoids or embryonic bodies and perfusion of these vascularized organoids or embryonic bodies.
