FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used for measuring signal passing through inspected medium in pipeline. Method of passing signals through a controlled medium comprises generating a source signal, transmitting said signal in forward direction through a controlled medium through at least one transmitting circuit, receiving a signal which has passed in a forward direction through controlled medium through at least one a receiving circuit capable of transmitting source signal generated in reverse direction through controlled medium, at least one receiver circuit, receiving a signal that has passed in reverse direction through controlled medium, at least one transmitting circuit and provide signals passing through controlled medium.

EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility of obtaining signals transmitted through controlled medium, with high degree of identity.
