FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in belt-shoe brakes of drill winches. Cooling system of friction pairs of ribbon-block brake comprises brake pulley, brake belt with friction linings, cooling system made up of heat tube arranged on non-working surface of rim of brake pulley and drive. Heat pipe consists of first circular chamber and second circular chamber. First circular chamber is an evaporation zone, filled with coolant and is connected by means of inlet valves located near its side walls, with vertical finned tubes, which are simultaneously condensation zone and transport. Second circular chamber is arranged between cylindrical parts of finned tubes, is connected to them through vertical section of finned tube, which is simultaneously storage and transportation zone, with plates-sectors contained in it and a heat carrier, and is connected through outlet valve with first circular chamber.
EFFECT: longer service life of brake friction pairs by increasing efficiency of their forced cooling.
