FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of machine building. Heating and the energy load reduction method during the drawstring belt brake composite brake pulleys air-liquid cooling with their heat balance evaluation is in that by the “pulley-pads” friction pair cycling braking it is brought to the materials permissible temperature at the heated composite brake pulleys free rotation different frequencies for the same periods of time. Then, fixing the left and right composite brake pulleys surface temperatures by sliding thermocouples, depending on the heat transfer in the surface temperatures predetermined intervals, and performing the thermal balance evaluation.
EFFECT: enabling reduction in the drawworks belt-shoe brake friction pairs energy load, and, as a result, increase in the working surfaces durability.
