FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in oil loaded coarse-grained tooth gears. Gear wheel includes body, gear rim with teeth and pair of ring pads fixed on teeth ends and body part adjoining gear wheel rim. Gear rim is composed of separate teeth not fixed on gear wheel body. Each tooth consists of pair of plates bent as per profile of side working surfaces designed for this gear wheel tooth and having working surfaces, equal in area of working surfaces of rated tooth. Plates along whole length are installed in slots made in pads to form profile corresponding to profile of working surfaces of rated tooth. Ends of plates are equipped with locking ledges. Mating recesses are made in slots of straps. One strip is removable, and volumes throughout height of teeth, between circle of tops and circumference of recesses formed by inner surfaces of plates and inner surfaces of plates are filled with inserts, covering gaps between external surfaces of plates and wheel body perpendicular to said body.

EFFECT: higher maintainability of gear wheel.
