FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: coating for isolation of nucleic acids from the liquid phase containing DNA and/or RNA, applied to the inner surface of the plastic container, is made of Ta2O5 with the thickness of 5 to 200 nm. At that the coating is applied by the method of ion-plasma sputtering or magnetron sputtering or pulsed laser deposition.
EFFECT: increase in speed of isolation and purification of nucleic acids from biological and other samples on the inner surface of the plastic container.
