FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices converting electromagnetic radiation energy to electricity, in particular photoconverters of solar radiation based on organic semiconductors. According to the invention a hybrid photoelectric converter containing five layers of inorganic and organic semiconductors, where the first exposed to light layer is made of zinc oxide with hole conductivity, the second layer is made of polythiophen with hole conductivity alloyed with inorganic negative ions, the third layer is made from poly-3, 4,-ethylene dioxythiophene with hole conductivity alloyed with inorganic negative ions, the fourth layer is made of polymer composite material containing poly-3, 4,-ethylene-dioxy-thiophen, perfluorinated sulphocationite and alloyed with inorganic negative ions, the fifth layer is made of zinc oxide with electron conductivity.
EFFECT: invention provides high coefficient of light energy conversion into electric energy.
