SUBSTANCE: device for sampling milk from the container 7 with the milk level H comprises a milk intake tube 1 with a fixed diameter of the through channel of 9±1 mm and the length L₁. And the milk intake tube 1 can be placed in a removable cylindrical casing 3 having the length L₂ of the rigid structure, the lateral surface of which is made of a thin-walled perforated or mesh material evenly permeable for milk over its entire surface. The upper end part of the casing 3 has an open hole for the passage through it of the milk intake tube. The lower lateral part of the casing 3 has a window for pouring the milk from the milk intake tube 1 into the container for milk sample. The lower end part of the casing 3 is made in the form of a flat bottom made of solid material impermeable for milk, and comprises a replaceable gasket 6 for sealing the contents of the milk intake tube 1. The milk intake tube 1 has welded plate guides 2 arranged crosswise in its upper and lower parts. On the upper end part of the casing 3 there are external protrusions for gripping with fingers. And the relationship L₁>L₂>H is observed.

EFFECT: invention provides a compilation of an average milk sample that reflects precisely the quality of the product in containers of different sizes and composition, reduced imprecision and errors in carrying out the research.
