METHOD FOR WET-HEAT TREATMENT OF CEREAL CROPS Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC A23N12/04

Abstract RU 2586898 C1

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grain-processing industry. Grain is cleaned, steamed and moisture tempered, preliminary heating of grain with air purified in cyclone of suspended solid particles, dried in evaporator and heated in condenser of heat pump plant. Grain drying is performed with recirculating use of superheated steam produced in steam generator with heating elements, with removal of its excessive part in amount of grain moisture evaporated during steaming. Dried grain is cooled down. At that, two-stage heat pump is used, which includes compressors, two-section condensers, thermal control valves, evaporators of first and second stage respectively, intermediate vessel between stages of heat pump operating on closed thermodynamic cycle. Superheater is first section of second stage heat pump condenser, and second section of condenser of second stage is used as heating element in steam generator. Exhaust air after preliminary heating of grain and removal of suspended particles in cyclone is supplied into the evaporator of second stage heat pump and its temperature is brought to temperature of "dew point". Then in first section of first stage heat pump and then in closed cycle is fed for preliminary heating of grain. Formed condensate in evaporator of second stage is discharged into condensate collector, and then through second section of first stage heat pump condenser is supplied into steam generator. Obtained saturated steam in steam generator together with spent steam from dryer is fed to steaming of grain. Cooling of dried grains is conducted by air cooled in evaporator of second stage of heat pump.

EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture ready product of higher quality, achieving high energy potential of drying agent, higher process efficiency wet-heat treatment.
