FIELD: medicine; obstetrics and gynecology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to diagnose the severity of preeclampsia (PE) against the background of chronic arterial hypertension (CAH) in pregnant women by examining peripheral venous blood. At the gestational age of 24–40 weeks before the start of therapy, the maximum luminescence of luminol-dependent platelet chemiluminescence (Imax), the number of leukocytes, the concentration of urea and creatinine are determined, followed by the calculation of the diagnostic index D according to the formula: D = 0.6425 - 0.7949× A1 - 0.2819× A2 + 0.4998× A3 + 0.0529× A4, where: A1 is maximum luminescence of luminol-dependent platelet chemiluminescence (Imax) (mV); A2 is the number of leukocytes (103 cells/μl); А3 is urea concentration (mmol/l); A4 is creatinine concentration (µmol/l); 0.6425 is a constant. When D is greater than 0, severe PE is diagnosed against the background of CAH. When D is less than 0, moderate PE is diagnosed against the background of CAH.
EFFECT: method provides the possibility of increasing the accuracy and expanding the arsenal of means for diagnosing the severity of preeclampsia against the background of CAH in pregnant women by determining the number of leukocytes, urea and creatinine concentrations in peripheral venous blood, the maximum luminescence of luminol-dependent platelet chemiluminescence.
