Lactococcus lactis No. 1b-MI, capable of accumulation of biomass in conditions of minimum composition nutrient medium and high biological activity with respect to carbohydrates and alcohols, deposited in Departmental collection of microorganisms GNU ARRIAM for agricultural purposes, under number RCAM02909.
EFFECT: higher quality of starter preparations for fermented milk products.
