FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing of L-lysine and riboflavin or L-threonine and riboflavin. Method involves culturing modified microorganism, which is modified by enhancing activity of enzymes biosynthesis of riboflavin in a microorganism of genus Corynebacterium, capable of producing of L-lysine or L-threonine, to increase production of riboflavin with preservation of production of L-lysine or L-threonine at a high level; and production of L-lysine and riboflavin or L-threonine and riboflavin by means of fermentation process. Invention also relates to a modified strain of Corynebacterium glutamicum KSSM11223R producing L-lysine and riboflavin, and to a modified microorganism of genus Corynebacterium producing simultaneously riboflavin and L-lysine or L-threonine and riboflavin, which is modified by enhancing activity of enzymes, expressed by rib operon containing riboflavin biosynthesis gene family, in a microorganism of genus Corynebacterium, having an ability to producing of L-lysine or L-threonine, to increase production of riboflavin with preservation of production of L-lysine or L-threonine at a high level.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain simultaneously L-lysine and Riboflavin or L-threonine and riboflavin with high efficiency.
