FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to micro scale cooling devices such as micro channel heat exchangers, which provide high heat transfer coefficient of the fluids in relatively small volumes. Device for generating channelized liquid flow in micro-and mini-channels, including flat mini- or micro channel with rectangular cross-section, one of walls of which is substrate of electronic heating element located on it, along channel on substrate surface on both sides from electronic heating element longitudinal micro grooves are made to limit channel width. In device also according to second version, on inner surface of channel can be applied hydrophobic coating, besides, it can be applied on surface of all walls of channel or only on substrate, wherein on substrate surface hydrophobic coating is applied along channel on both sides from electronic heating element, excluding channel flow area.
EFFECT: considerable reduction of hydraulic resistance of walls and heat carrier; stable operation of both in ground, and in zero gravity conditions, including in any non-standard situations.
