SUBSTANCE: in the device, including a flat mini or micro channel of rectangular cross section, one of the walls of which is a substrate of one or more electronic fuel elements located on it, a gas flow generator, a drop generator, across the mini or micro channel between the gas flow generator nozzle and the front edge of the electronic fuel element, the row of micro-holes is made, that are connected by a tube system to the drop generator.
EFFECT: creation of device, that allows to achieve the effective cooling of micro electronic equipment with a local heat release.
