FIELD: instrumentation; technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in making abrasive tools from superhard materials, for example, boron nitride with metal binder, particularly, tools with complex shaped working surfaces. Composite solder contains, wt %: low-melting matrix 10-55, refractory filler 30-89, alloying additive in form of refractory nano particles 1-15. Content of components of fusible matrix and refractory filler is selected to make at their interaction of structural components having melting point of not lower than 700 °C.
EFFECT: during soldering of solder is formed nano particles alloyed metal binder having high strength and wear resistance, good retaining grains of super-hard materials.
