FIELD: laser engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laser engineering. Method of scanning by laser system comprises steps of: generates femtosecond seed pulses generator, increased duration of seed pulses, amplified stretched pulses, pulse group delay dispersion is compensated in range of 5,000-20,000 ps2 by means of dispersion compensator between end mirrors amplifier, pulse duration is decreased. Laser pulses of amplifier are removed by means of optical switch. In region of target is focused laser pulses in focal spot, scan focal spot with certain rate of scanning, scanning speed is changed based on electronic information received from processor, and repetition frequency is adjusted according to changed scanning speed.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing possibility of reducing the size of device and simplification of pulse repetition frequency change.
