FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to measure temperature of melt. Device for measuring temperature of melt, particularly molten metal, comprising optical fibre and guide tube with submersible end and a second end opposite to submerged end. Optical fibre is partially located in guide tube. Guide tube inner diameter is larger than outer diameter of optical fibre. First bushing is located at submersible end or inside guide tube close to submersible end of guide tube. Optical fibre is supplied via bushing and bushing reduces gap between optical fibre and guide tube.
EFFECT: high information value of temperature measurements due to maintenance of continuous measurements by means of continuous supply of optical fibre.
