FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recovery of solvent in the process of deasphalting oil residues. Method includes heating of asphalt solution and its supply to the first stage of evaporation of solvent, carried out at pressure decrease, subsequent heating of asphalt solution and its supply to the second stage of evaporation of solvent, produced at further reduction of pressure. Asphalt solution heated before the first stage of evaporation is performed first condensible pairs solvent supplied with the first stage of evaporation of solvent, followed by heating of asphalt solution heat carrier.

EFFECT: method allows reducing power consumption when regenerating the solvent from the asphalt solution.
