FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and biology and can be used for evaluation of aggregate state of erythrocytes in autologous blood serum. Method of estimating aggregate state of erythrocytes in autologous blood serum involves erythrocyte recovery from blood, their washing, mixing with bovine serum and microscopic assessment of their aggregate state by optical microscopy. For this purpose, a lens×100 is lowered into drop of a mixture of whey with erythrocytes and after achieving focus (×1000) photomicrography is performed.

EFFECT: method enables intravital evaluation of state of aggregation of erythrocytes at a high magnification of optical microscope in a medium not containing fibrinogen.
