SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to a method for microscopic evaluation of aggregate state of erythrocytes in autoplasma. Method for microscopic evaluation of aggregate state of erythrocytes in autoplasma consists in sampling of blood with anticoagulant, separation of erythrocytes, then plateletless plasma is mixed with erythrocytes, is placed on a glass slide, field lens is lowered into a drop of the mixture and microphotography is performed under certain conditions.

EFFECT: method described above enables to perform intravital assessment of aggregate state of erythrocytes at high magnification of a light microscope more efficiently.
