FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to methods of producing coatings using magnetron sputtering of metals, and can be used for production of wear-resistant coatings of friction metal parts, in particular for compressors of gas turbine engines and plants. Method of wear-resistant coating producing on metal article surface includes application of coating from alloy of NiCrAlY with subsequent application of ceramic layer by target magnetron sputtering from zirconium alloy containing rare-earth elements under argon and oxygen medium. Ceramic layer is applied on basis of zirconium oxide stabilised with column structure and open pores, which is saturated with molybdenum or tungsten disulfide during cataphoresis. Application of ceramic layer by magnetron sputtering target is made of zirconium alloy containing, wt%: yttrium 2-7.5, gadolinium 2-7.5, zirconium is rest.
EFFECT: increased wear resistance of coatings saturated with sulphides.
