SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to laboratory diagnostics. Method comprises determining in peripheral blood of the cytomegalovirus (CMV) antibody titre, determining protein band-3 in peripheral erythrocyte membranes by gel electrophoresis and cytophotometrical determining erythrocyte structure on peripheral films using the apparatus "Mekos" followed by analysis with the help of the unit "Pixera" and the "BioVision" program. When CMV antibody titre is up to 1:1600, protein band-3 is reduced to 14.50±0.44 % and number of degenerative erythrocytes in peripheral blood is increased to 12.70±1.1 %, risk of forming hemic anaemia in a pregnant woman is assessed.

EFFECT: invention can be used for assessing risk of hemic anaemia in a pregnant woman at inducing action of cytomegaloviral infection at acute condition on erythrocyte skeleton.
