SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for investigation of eye conditions. Method of matching conditions of patient's eye comprises following steps: obtaining first image by first eye diagnostic device and determining coordinate system, obtaining second image of eye by means of surgical device, performing first matching, associating first eye image and second eye image to obtain a first matching result, obtained after beginning of surgical intervention, third eye image by surgical device, performing second matching, associating second eye image and the third eye image to produce second matching result and combining first and second matching results to obtain combined matching result, thereby allowing matching which associates first eye image obtained by diagnostic device, with third eye image, wherein first eye image obtained by means of a diagnostic device, and third eye image correspond to significantly different eye conditions, difference of which, including production of first image in absence of installed on eye suction ring, while third eye image with suction ring, are able to affect direct matching, associating first eye image and third eye image.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides high accuracy of matching images.
