FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: turbo machine component for fixed turbine machine contains a substrate, as well as erosion and corrosion-resistant coating system. Substrate is made of high-alloy steel with content of 10 %-18 % of chromium, or titanium alloys or alloys based on nickel or cobalt-based alloys. Coating system comprises first layer deposited on substrate surface of turbo machine component and acting as corrosion-resistant layer, and also additionally comprises a second layer deposited on first layer and acting as erosion-resistant layer. First layer represents a zirconia single layer, and second layer is a tungsten-carbide/tungsten multilayer coating. When making said component of turbine machine, first corrosion-resistant layer is first deposited on substrate surface. Second erosion-resistant layer is then deposited on first corrosion-resistant layer, thereby using first layer as binding layer.
EFFECT: group of inventions increases service life of turbo machine component due to its protection against corrosion and erosion, as well as increasing adhesion of coating layers.
