System comprises: tissue processing system for processing target volume of a subject; computer system and memory containing computer-readable instructions for executing by a processor, wherein execution of instructions assigns processor to: obtain initial point image segmentation of plan processing; production of medical image data by means of a medical image formation system control; repair of medical image using data of medical image; receive initial point image segmentation obtained from processing plan treatment plan is descriptive for target volume, and identification of treated volume of medical image by segmentation of medical image in accordance with initial point of image segmentation.

EFFECT: technical result is possibility of automatic fast and accurate estimation of volume and imaging of tissue.
