FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method relates to medicine, in particular to ophthalmology, maxillofacial, reconstructive and plastic surgery. Pocket are formed in soft tissues of the dorsum of external nose under SMAS-layer. Mixture of latex tissue adhesive and crushed cartilage autograft is introduced therein, cartilage autograft is taken from the nasal septum during a septoplasty. It is fixed in the preset position. At that, cartilage graft crashed to 0.5-1.0 mm is premixed with 0.5 ml of the latex tissue adhesive, having haemostatic and antiseptic properties due to the content of aminocaproic acid and dioxydine respectively, maintained during 5 minutes and delivered into saddle shaped deformation place using an insulin syringe with cut tip, then the finish nose shape is moulded and fixed with a plaster cast for one week.
EFFECT: method enables reducing operation length, performing it under local anaesthesia and obtaining good remote cosmetic and functional results.
