Biomaterial based on hydroxyapatite, containing calcium fluoride and zirconium dioxide, wherein as hydroxyapatite it contains hydroxyapatite, obtained by chemical deposition from aqueous solutions. All components are taken at a certain ratio. Granular composition of all components is 20-40 mcm.

EFFECT: invention enables using the composite hydroxyapatite-based biomaterial for bone replacement and repair in various bone pathologies, making bone implants and defect replacement, which preserves osteotropic behavior in biological media due to its high biocompatibility to mineralized bone tissues.
