FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to removal of undifferentiated stem cells, removing undifferentiated stem cells agent and culture medium on its basis. Method comprises culturing a cell mixture containing an undifferentiated stem cell and a differentiated cell, in the presence of an undifferentiated stem cell removing agent containing at least one agent selected from a group consisting of a fatty acid synthesis inhibitor, which inhibits synthesis of fatty acids by targeting at least one factor selected from a group consisting of ATP-citrate-lyase, fatty acid synthase, acetyl-CoA-carboxylase and malonyl-CoA decarboxylase in concentration of 2–500 mcM, a fatty acid utilization inhibitor in concentration of 6–500 mcM and a cholesterol synthesis inhibitor in concentration of 0.125–50 mcM. Agent can contain one, two or more agents selected from the group consisting of orlistat, C75, LY294002 or their salts in concentration of 2–500 mcm, SB204990, etomoxir or its salt in concentration of 12.5–500 mcM, perhexiline or its salt in concentration of 2–500 mcM and simvastatin or its salt in concentration 0.125–50 mcM.
