FIELD: photograph; electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention discloses an electrophotographic photosensitive element, containing base, electrically conductive layer formed on the base, and a photosensitive layer formed on the electroconductive layer, the electrically conductive layer contains titanium oxide particles coated with tin oxide, doped with phosphorus, tin oxide particles, doped with phosphorus, and a binding material; and if the total volume of electrically conducting layer is represented as VT, total volume of titanium oxide particles coated with tin oxide doped with phosphorus in the electroconductive layer is represented as V1P and total volume of particles of tin oxide doped with phosphorus in the electroconductive layer is represented as V2P, VT, V1P, and V2P values satisfy the following expressions: 2≤{(V2P/VT)/V1P/VT)}×100≤25 and 15≤{(V1P/VT)+(V2P/VT)}×100≤45. There are also disclosed process cartridge and electrophotographic device, which comprise said electrophotographic photosensitive element.
EFFECT: obtaining an electrophotographic photosensitive element, in which residual capacity virtually does not increase during image formation, virtually no pattern memory effect and virtually no cracks in the electroconductive layer.
