FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural equipment, particularly to packagers of single-piece products into containers installed in robotic lines of packing and laying various products into containers (boxes, crates). Device for layerwise laying products into containers includes conveyors of product supply, its delivery into a packing machine, a mechanism for products laying into containers equipped with a vacuum gripper with suction cups and an automatic control system. Laying mechanism comprises two servo-motors driving in-series connected sine mechanisms, to output links of which a four-link pivot mechanism is assembled equipped with a vacuum gripper moving without dynamic impacts.
EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency while excluding an elevator for containers and implement a path of the gripper at multilayer laying the product packaged close to the vertical line, which considerably improves the reliability of its operation.
