FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry and can find application in the production of non-alcoholic beverages. Beverage contains a base of extractive substances of vegetable origin, which is used 10.0–12.0 % by weight extract of low-growing Chaenomeles fruit, 10.0–15.0 % by weight of sugar, 0.4–0.6 % by weight of liquid carbon dioxide, water extract of rose hips – the rest.
EFFECT: invention provides a beverage with improved organoleptic characteristics, and also allows to expand the assortment of high-quality and safe for the human body tonic beverages based on natural domestic raw materials.
